What you'll do
Looking for a way to treat your team after a successful quarter or big milestone? This at-home cheese and wine tasting event is a brilliant way to bring a touch of sophistication to your remote celebrations!
Hosted by a Michelin Star chef and a wine expert, you and your team will embark on a virtual tasting tour through some of Britain's best cheeses, including some tantalising tidbits about the history of cheesemaking in the UK. You'll then be shown how to correctly sample these dairy delights for maximum enjoyment, learn about the flavour map of the tongue and even a little bit of olfactory science. Along with the cheeses in your tasting box, including a blue cheese, cheddar, soft cheese and a goat's cheese, you'll also enjoy a spread of delicious sweet and savoury accompaniments, all delivered to your door.
You'll also have advice from your resident wine expert about teaming the wines with the various cheeses. Sampling a selection from across the world's best wine producing regions, it's a brilliant way to learn to slow down and appreciate the finer things in life together. It promises to be a relaxing, informative evening of delicious treats, fun facts and brilliant banter.
