Wildflower and Copper Foiling Workshop

Join Ffion at her warehouse studio in Bristol for a hands-on stained glass workshop with a botanical twist. Using hand-pressed West Country wildflowers, you'll design your own piece and learn to solder a glass frame around it – no experience needed, just an eye for what looks pretty.Ffion will talk you through the whole process, from arranging your chosen wildflowers to soldering the frame together, so you can take your time and get it just right. It's a lovely excuse to slow down, try your hand at something new, and share the afternoon with friends. By the end, you'll walk away with a one-of-a-kind glass keepsake – a little piece of the West Country countryside you can keep forever.Please note: soldering irons, flux, and other materials used in this workshop give off fumes and heat, which may carry health risks during pregnancy. If you're pregnant, it's worth checking with your healthcare provider before taking part. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.Please note: the workshop takes place on the second floor of Thames Side Studios, up three flights of stairs, with no lift access.
