From Burnt Out Executive to Happy CEO in Yoga Pants

Hi there! I'm Kasia Richter, and here's the irony of my story: I was a certified yoga teacher and trained psychologist who couldn't save herself from complete burnout in her high-flying aviation career. I had all the right tools but couldn't use them when I needed them most.

How It All Started

My passion for people and travel led me to aviation, where I climbed from cabin crew to operations director at Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar Airways. My ambition was my superpower - until it became my kryptonite.

I thrived on perfectionism and over-achieving, constantly pushing to prove myself. This relentless drive slowly depleted my energy and I lost my sense of self.

The Breaking Point

Picture me: working 12-16 hours, sleeping 4-5, swollen feet in corporate heels, stuck in traffic, desperately trying to reach a yoga class that felt impossible. Despite being a certified yoga teacher and psychologist, I was burned out and couldn't help myself.

The real problem wasn't my schedule - it was limiting beliefs: "I'm not good enough, " "I need to work harder to prove myself." These invisible scripts controlled my life.
