What you'll do

In this exciting watercolour painting class in London, you'll have the opportunity to join us and learn the secrets and tricks of creating beautiful building illustrations with watercolours. No experience is required, making this workshop suitable for all ages! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with watercolours, this class will provide you with the necessary skills to create your own masterpiece.

During this 90-minute workshop, you'll discover how to use watercolours effectively to bring your illustrations to life. From brush techniques and colour mixing to creating depth and texture, you'll learn it all. To make the experience even more enjoyable, we'll provide you with a print of one of our designs, along with all the necessary materials to complete your painting.

But that's not all, we want you to feel relaxed and inspired throughout the class. We'll be serving a cup of tea or coffee, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your artistic journey. Additionally, we'll have background music playing to set the mood and create a positive atmosphere.

Knowledge required

Previous experience with watercolour is not necessary! There will be a short intro on how to use watercolour.

Anna is a great teacher. She took the time to explain how to use the brush and how to use specific techniques to add interesting details to a painting. It was very informative for an absolute beginner.

And you did very well as a total beginner! my aim is to make brushes less scary for first-time users watercolour is a very delicate technique and it's a lot about getting used to your brush and water. And you were Aaaaamazing! thank you for joining and I hope this was the first of many paintings :)

I am very happy that I took Anna's class.
Prior to the class, I watched lots of online courses and read books but wasn't happy with my paintings and wasn't quite sure what I was doing wrong. I was also not quite sure the tools and equipment I have (I bought a basic watercolour set a week before the course) but didn't know who to ask what to buy.

Anna was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently.
Anna was also really good at paying attention to each student and give constant feedback which I appreciated a lot.
There's so much you can learn in person and I highly recommend Anna's workshop.
