We had a Christmas-themed session and made our own creative cards to take home with. I enjoyed this workshop a lot and would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try water painting!

As we were complete beginners we were expecting more teaching and guidance to help us. She showed the basic techniques really well at the beginning but mostly she just stood at the front and painted her own picture without really explaining what she was doing. Overall a lovely evening. Really enjoyed it.

• 4/5 from Helen, attended Oct 2023: Very friendly teacher and good structure with demonstrations at the start and then 1hr30 to practise the techniques and paint a landscape based on a photo provided by the teacher. Great materials and wide colour palette. However, the teaching element was fairly limited so I would recommend as a fun and social activity (BYOB makes it extra special!) but not the best place really to improve and learn new techniques.

She gave us a demonstration on different techniques we could use. As we were all new to water colour she made us feel comfortable to ask questions and gave us all a confidence boost. We all had such a great time. I would definitely recommend to others.

The only thing I would have liked to see more of was instructions and techniques but maybe it was our fault for not asking enough questions?

The teacher was so knowledgeable, clear at explaining the techniques and patient with us (there were only 4 of us total in the class) and it was a very relaxing, meditative 2 hours. We produced some reasonable landscapes!

It was a great mix of learning techniques whilst also having freedom to have a play and experiment and choose what we wanted to paint! She gave a lot of great tips which I'll go away and use to try and develop myself! It was also a really fun and relaxed setting and a nice atmosphere.

Great location, lovely atmosphere, good interaction and the time just flew! Would 10/10 recommend for any group of friends looking to have a fun evening doing something different - ideal for a work event, team-bonding, date night, hen do, baby shower etc!

The space is relaxed, clean, clear and has good light. All materials provided. Just bring your own wine(or tipple of choice) and a sense of exploration.
