  £5 - £10 (£5 for Child; £10 for Adult)

Step back in time with David to explore the worlds of science fiction pioneer H.G. Wells and his connections to Lambeth and Waterloo in this immersive walking tour. Discover why Waterloo was so important to his classic 1897 Martian invasion novel, The War of the Worlds.
Find out about other works beyond the science fiction genre and his connections to well-known people of Lambeth, such as Charlie Chaplin, Edith Nesbit, and Ida Lupino.
Learn about the roles he played with King's College Hospital, the Fabian Society, and the Old Vic Theatre, as well as his involvement in a ramshackle celebrity cricket team. There will be a few scandals to learn about too!

In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the session; if that happens, we'll inform you and let you choose between a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the experience.
