We had a great session making decoden phone cases and were given help and care throughout all the steps. Staff were so friendly and we would definitely be going back for another class.

Not enough charms at all. What we can see on instagram is completely different from what we can find which is disappointing when you see the price you pay for the experience. If there was more charm’s available to make the phones cases or other items it would be 100% better. Apart from that very cool experience very satisfying to do. It is good to be aware the place is hard to find and the area is not great. Other people are there doing different activities from you so the “teacher” cannot always be there to help you. If you want to use a lot of charms it is important to note you might have to pay extra for certain charms or if you want to put more than 10 of them. You can go home directly with your item in a box and let it dry at home so you don’t have to pick it up which is good. The way of transportation for this item could be improved as it moves around a little especially when you have to take public transports.

Vivi was very friendly and polite. There are a lot of other pre-painted bears around the room that you can use for inspiration, and Vivi showed us how to achieve certain patterns with the paint. All the materials were provided and we liked how our bears turned out. You can collect your bear a few days later when it’s dry or have it posted to you (at a cost). Overall we really enjoyed the activity.

We spent about 3hrs making our 40x40cm rugs. Vivi had a good selection of yarn colours and was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the process. We really enjoyed our experience there and would highly recommend!

The activity was soo much fun, the teacher was kind, patient and helpful and the atmosphere was nice. The design came out super nice. The only way to make it better is a wider colour palette.

Took my partner here for his birthday gift and we absolutely loved it. Our instructor was so lovely and answered all our questions. The instructions were clear and our bears came out really nice; we even got to add a little creative flair at the end and listen to our own music.

My boyfriend and I did this for my birthday and it was such a fun and unique experience. Vivi was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to do this again!

Both my partner and I had a great time, we made a bear each, in opposite colours to one another! We were provided with some great tips in order to make some cool patterns :) really fun anniversary idea and super chilled out.

Superb workshop! My daugther has been on a phone case decorating worskhop, she enjoyed it so much. Vi was fantastic and helped with design, too. 10 charms were included in the price but you could purchase more if you wanted. We`ll definitely be back for more

Vivi was very kind and willing to explain the reason for everything, so there were no arbitrary rules. Precision in hand tufting is actually harder than I thought, but she was able to point out any places I've missed to ensure I didn't end up with any bald spots.
There are many colours of wool to choose from allowing for all sorts of designs. Mine was random shapes, and even with that I sometimes "coloured outside the lines"
We then did the finishing work of ensuring the wool won't come out, and adding a non-slip backing. She shaved it to an even finish, which I appreciate since I would probably have savaged the piece :-) The finished product isn't very big, but its lovely and soft and I'm glad I didn't try a bigger piece for my first rug!

I really enjoyed this experience, the teacher was really helpful and explained everything very well before we began. There were SO many options of the cutest charms and colors for the phone case. Would do this again 100%. The cobalt product is so unique and fun!

More of a drop in rather than a class but was still fun. You can take your time to try and get the result you want but there is a 3 day wait before having to go and collect the bear.

Vivi Li was a perfect teacher— patient, generous and skilled. The setting is light and aired and spacious. All materials were plentiful and the experience was perfect for me. I learned and practiced the tufting process and now feel confident to do it! It was fun too!
