Vision Boards and Journaling Techniques Workshop

The perfect start to a new year.

2 hours Class size 1 to 50     label £35

Are you wanting to start the year on a positive note? Do you feel a bit stuck and want to make things happen in life? Do you feel like making some changes with the new year? Or perhaps you want to learn a new way to relax by doing a spot of positive collage.

Thoughts and intentions have power! With that in mind, in this class we will explore vision boards and various journaling techniques, including 'a line a day', creative writing, and keeping a diary of events. We will look at affirmations and mood boards and how they can be used to make decisions, build projects, and plan positive ways forward in our lives. This will open doors to bring about what you would like for yourself.

This is a practical session with lots of cutting out and sticking in. Attendees will choose their own ways to explore with guidance from the tutor. However, overall, this will be a very relaxing and enjoyable workshop.

If anything, you will leave this workshop feeling less stressed and more positive.

There is the option to buy a journal on the day at the workshop. Please let me know before the date if you are interested and I will obtain some journals for you to choose from if you wish to buy.
