One of our founders Chun first had his eyes opened to the world of rug making when he visited a factory, but decided that the real excitement lay in the handmade when he turned his 4 year old son’s drawing into a tufted art piece to hang on the wall in his home. The ‘Rainbow Racing Car’ has become a treasured family memento and never fails to bring a smile to Chun’s son’s face!
We want everyone to have the chance to make their own unique tufted memory at our specialised rug tufting workshops!

On our trip to the Tufting London to celebrate my 40th birthday we had an amazing time. The staff were super friendly, supportive and attentive and the experience was good value for money. Tufting itself was great fun and we left with mini rugs that we were really pleased with.

Loved every minute of it. Professionally run, supportive environment and we got to take away our very own personalised rugs. Anyone can do it. The time flies by. Will definitely go back and do this again

My daughter and I attended a small rug tufting class. We loved it, well organised, great variety, very supportive, and we got take home our rugs with our personal designs. The time flew by. Will definitely do it again and would highly recommend

I attended the mini rug workshop with 2 friends. I cannot fault the experience and I speak for my friends also. We loved it!
Chun was a brilliant teacher. None of us had any previous experience. His introduction was to the point. He then remained discreetly present for any help and advice we needed.
The materials were beautiful and plentiful. The environment very spacious and comfortable. Location easily accessible by public transport.
I would thoroughly recommend this workshop and to leave with a finished rug was amazing.
Chuns passion for tufting was reflected from time of booking which was uncomplicated with any queries responded to almost immediately to leaving the studio with our masterpieces!
A truly wonderful and memorable experience.

This experience was very entertaining! The teacher was very informative and continuously provided words of encouragement to all the students!
They were very helpful and lenient with time, especially if you are struggling (like me).
They had an amazing array of thread colour choices and the space was so cute and well organised.
I highly recommend this experience for anyone, beginner or not! It was a lot of fun!

The team are pleasant, helpful, work well together. They have a great organised system that is efficient, reduces waste, and supportive of each other. Very clean toilet. Beautiful effort into Halloween decor as well. The class was educational and fun. Challenging and fulfilling. Went above my expectations and am very happy I took the risk and booked this workshop. Highly recommend.

Loved this experience and would definitely recommend it. The venue was very close to the station so easy to get to, the teacher was helpful and checked in on everyone throughout the class. I’m really impressed with how the rugs turned out

The teacher was absolutely incredible, she was so helpful at every stage of the process. It was obvious she was really passionate about her job and loved what she does. I felt supported throughout the whole experience and she even helped me finish my rug before the time ran out! I would definitely come back again if she was to do the advance class. I had a really great time and was pleasantly surprised at the final outcome of my design, the class was super beginner friendly but you get to take home something beautiful which looks complex.

What a fantastic experience. I had to reschedule but I'm so glad I did and was able to attend. The teachers were so lovely and it really is beginner friendly. I went solo but automatically felt at ease. I loved being able to create and learn a new skill. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something different and create a new piece for their home.
Downside: I should have booked the 6 hours! I wanted more time so it didn't end so quickly ;)

Lovely class in a super convenient location 2 mins from the tube station, quiet clean space and plenty of room to learn and make a tufted rug. We really enjoyed the class and had so much fun and we’ll definitely be back! Would be super cute for girls events and dates , a little pricey but makes sense with all they provide and do for you!

Such a fun crafty day out, 100% recommend! The tutors where all really helpful and there was lots of people around to help you out if you had a problem. You get to come home with your rug at the end!

We throughoutly enjoy our time at Tufting London as a family activity. We leanrt Chun was inspired by his son and turn this adorable idea into a family business.
Chun and his team are attentive and helpful, fully committed to help us turning our ideas into tangible rugs!
We were firing away at the beginning of Easter in this bright and well equipped spacious studio, then went home with precious rugs which we were very proud of. Thank you Chun and team
Definitely recommend anyone (bring friends and families) to spend a fun and colourful time in Tufting London!

My friend and I had absolutely no idea how tufting was done before coming and we had an absolute blast! The staff was super lovely and it wasn’t too hard to do even for beginners. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Great experience! Had so much fun. Went on a Monday morning and it was quite personal and a peaceful. Teacher was a fun character and great to get along with. Very attentive and educational. Great selection of yarns and good communication. Would highly recommend.

I had THE BEST time at this workshop! The space was easy to find, and while small, was enough space for everyone. The instructors are super helpful and kind. I was a half hour late due to train issues, but they still accommodated me and helped me get set up. I never felt rushed, and when one of my yarn spools ran out, the found me a fresh one to finish my project with. They were so patient and nice when you're shaving down your rug, and they take pictures of everyone's rug at the end. If I were here longer I would definitely come back for another class!

The activity was very fun and relaxed. The teacher was very charistmatic and passionate about the subject and taught us many techniques to achieve the best result in our mini Rug!
The space was very cozy! Had great facilities and lots of space! We had some relaxing music playing in the background while doing the activity! Such a wonderful Saturday morning :)
Rug tufting was easier than we thought and the teacher explanation was very thorough, which definitely made a huge difference.
We had lots of colours to pick and choose from for the tufting and the process from beginning to finish was absolutely amazing!
Highly recommend! And will definitely be coming back again ;)

My husband bought this as a Christmas present and we did the 10am session on the 14th of Jan and it was so much fun! The process was so much fun, the teacher was wonderful, very helpful and informative.
Would 10/10 recommend it to all our friends!

Perfect location right next to Nine Elms tube, the premises were clean, spacious airy and bright.
Friendly reception from the team and informative yet relaxed tutoring. I felt like I could work on my rug without having someone over my shoulder, but help was available whenever I needed it. The team were so helpful!
Lots of wool colour options available.
I’d love to do this class again when I next visit London.

The illustrations we sent through were all set up on the canvas and ready for us to go on arrival, so we could get straight down to selecting the yarns (great selection of colours) and the tufting itself. The studio is spacious and well lit and all the tools and materials were provided.
Chun explained every step as we went along. From initial setup, safety, process and finishing. Made it super easy to understand and complete in just a few hours. So rare to start and finish a creative project in a few hours and walk away with a finished product —could not recommend it enough!

This class was fab! It was so much fun and our rugs turned out very lovely! The teacher was very patient and seemed to really care that our project turn out well. I went with my mum and it was great to spend a crafty morning together learning something completely new for us. They had masses of colours to choose from and our work stations were set up with our designs ready to go when we arrived. At the end they made sure we had glued dried and finished off the backs nicely so we could take them home with us.
