What you'll do

Welcome to TRE - Tension Releasing Exercises, where you'll learn to shake off your built-up stress and tension under the guidance of a friendly and experienced practitioner.

During this four-session online course, you'll learn this amazing modality and gain a self-care tool for life. Once learned, it's your tool and can save you time and money.

Up to 90% of all health issues are associated with stress. You may have experienced it yourself: when you're stressed, you tense up. This tension can, over time, manifest as, for example:

tension headaches/migraines
back/shoulder pain, tech neck
teeth grinding

But we've been socialised out of it - admittedly, it would be odd to start shaking in front of your boss or partner, right?
