Welcome to TRE - Tension Releasing Exercises, where you'll learn to shake off your built-up stress and tension under the guidance of a friendly and experienced practitioner.
During this four-session online course, you'll learn this amazing modality and gain a self-care tool for life. Once learned, it's your tool and can save you time and money.
