Whether you're pizza-obsessed or simply fancy cooking up some new skills, this dough-licious masterclass is sure to turn you into a pizza-loving pro by the end of the day!

During this Italian cooking class, you'll learn from an expert how to make fresh dough and then manage the fermentation of it along with stretching it, topping it and finally, cooking it.

Don't worry if you're new to dough-tossing — you'll have your talented teacher guiding you every step of the way. Plus, you will enjoy one-to-one or one-to-two tuition, meaning that you'll have plenty of attention and opportunities to ask questions.

By the end of the class, you'll have some fresh-out-the-oven pizza to enjoy along with the skills to make more!

  • This class is available to those outside of a 15-mile radius (from the centre of London), however extra charges apply. Please get in touch with the teacher to discuss this.
  • This class has a base fee of £350 and includes up to two guests.

Hello, I'm Richard and I'm seriously passionate about pizza! I have worked as a head chef and instructor in various restaurants throughout Italy, London and other areas in the UK. Originally, I started out as a chef in Italy, where my passion for pizza grew over the course of 22 years — this then led me to open my very own restaurants in the Vicenza area of Italy.

I then took my love of pizza one step further and opened my very own pizza school in London, alongside a consultancy service. With over 25 years of experience in creating and perfecting delicious traditional Italian pizza, it's safe to say I know a thing or two about dough!
