You don't need any prior experience with spiritual practices or sound healing to join – this inclusive experience meets you exactly where you are. Your teacher will guide you through every step of the evening, ensuring you feel completely comfortable and supported. We'll begin with a grounding ritual to settle your mind, followed by drinking ceremonial cacao served with intention to warm and open your heart. You'll then be guided through a soothing meditation and gentle somatic awareness to help release physical tension and emotional blocks. Finally, you can simply lie back and melt into a deeply immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, crystal bells, pyramids, and chimes, letting the beautiful frequencies wash over you. Everything you need, including mats and blankets, is fully provided at the venue.

My work blends energy healing, coaching, intuitive guidance and spiritual tools in a way that is both grounded and deeply transformative.
I’ve taught hundreds of clients through 1:1 sessions, group workshops and large events across London, Glastonbury and festivals. My sessions range from Reiki and energy healing to Akashic Records journeys, manifestation workshops, sound baths and moon circles. I also work with corporate clients, bringing mindfulness, wellbeing and energy alignment into the workplace through curated experiences.
Teaching is one of my greatest passions because I get to witness real transformation in real time. There is something incredibly powerful about holding space for someone’s breakthrough, whether that’s clarity, emotional release or a deep sense of coming home to themselves.
Something many people don’t realise about this work is that it’s not about being “woo” or escaping reality. It’s about becoming more present, more empowered and more aligned in everyday life. My approach is practical, intuitive and accessible, even if you’re completely new to spirituality.
Alongside my workshops, I’m also part of the editorial team at Spiritual Lifestyle Magazine, where I share insights through my column “Confessions of a Serial Healer.” My work has expanded into creating events, retreats and products through Moon Haven, all designed to support people on their journey.
