I offer in-person workshops for individuals (1-on-1) and small groups of up to five people, as well as online classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.
Whether you’re looking to elevate your meal prep, explore new cuisines, or simply enjoy a hands-on cooking experience, my workshops cater to all skill levels. From Mediterranean-inspired dishes to plant-based creations, I’ll guide you through techniques and recipes that make healthy eating enjoyable and accessible. Classes are all skills, and also kids friendly!
