Hello, I'm Ingrid.

I'm utterly thrilled that you've passed by. I create and sell my sticky chai in these pretty cool tins. However, I never set out to create a product, I wanted to create a pause.

A small, everyday ritual that could gently interrupt the rush of modern life and invite people back into presence.

Sticky Chai, sweetened with organic coconut nectar, became that ritual for me during a challenging time. Its natural sweetness meant I could return to it throughout the day — a warm, steady companion rather than a stimulant. When I felt healed, I knew I wanted to share that pause with others.

Rooted in my work as a qualified herbalist, each blend is designed to be caffeine-free or low caffeine, warming, and gently supportive of the nervous system. But the real medicine is the moment itself — hands wrapped around a mug, breath slowing, time stretching.

Through Bento and the Enchanted Chai Sanctuary, I offer experiences that help people step off the corporate ladder, if only for an afternoon, and reconnect with a quieter, more meaningful way of being.
