Our shop is driven by a passion for fine cheese and we love sharing this passion and expertise with our customers at the shop and tasting events.
Our tasting events are led by Svetlana, the cheese lady herself. She is a professional cheesemonger, maturer and educator with over 15 years of experience in the fine cheese industry around the world including New York City, France, and Britain. Svetlana has written two books on cheese and her mission is to champion farmhouse and artisan cheese and ignite a passion for it in everyone she meets. Svetlana believes that fine cheese is the perfect vehicle for slowing down and savouring life.
