I was already familiar with (and love) Alma's art and I was really looking forward to attending one of her classes today. It didn't disappoint at all - I've had a lovely day and learnt lots. Alma is a warm and encouraging teacher and the classroom set up was cosy and the atmosphere relaxing. I loved being surrounded by Alma's own art but also particularly enjoyed the fresh flowers and music. There were plenty of refreshments available, and Alma was also generous with the materials available to us. The class was great value for money and I will definitely be booking more.

I loved it; Alma is warm and welcoming; her studio was well organised for classes with lots of quality professional materials to use without limitation and great snacks too. She perfectly balances instruction and space to explore personal style and creativity. We had a beneficial introduction to materials and the best way to use them, learnt the importance of layering utilising a variety of acrylic paste, gels, beads, pouring acrylics, and various other textures. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about textured abstract art and take home a fantastic piece. It was relaxing, fun and brilliant value for money.

This is a wonderful class which is a lovely introduction to textures. Alma is a great teacher, she has the perfect balance of teaching techniques and then giving you the space to create something of your own. You don't feel like you're copying but she's there to help you if you get stuck.
The studio is lovely and Alma makes you feel really welcome and at home. She provides all the materials and explains the best way to use them. And considering how expensive some of the materials are, I think this class is great value for money.
I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn about textured abstract art.
