It was also such a therapeutic experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I would definitely do it again without a doubt. • 5/5 from James King, attended Sep 2026: We had a great time! My partner and I attended this small workshop. We were two of 8 participants, so it felt quite intimate. We were each given our own terrarium container and walked through the creation of our terrarium. Our teacher was brilliant, explained everything clearly step-by-step, and ensured we'd all completed each step before moving onto the next. It was a great mixture of clear steps with opportunities for creativity- there was a good variety of different plants, pebbles etc to choose from and we had full control of our designs. Our flat is now home to two terrariums. :) Venue was lovely too - a really cute plant-filled café and we were in a private room at the back. Highly recommend!

I got this as a gift for my best friend and she said it was one of the best afternoon activities she had done in London (and we have done a few now). Gorgeous little plant shop where it’s hosted and such a calm atmosphere. Highly recommend this.

They gave good instructions about how to layer the terrarium and what plants to use and we’re very encouraging. They also gave ideas about what else we could put in them and how to make different kinds of terraria. I would definitely recommend it and I think I’ll go again.

Only 5 people in the room which made it really nice and easy to meet our fellow classmates. Amazing value for what we got! And we even got a free scoop of gelato at the start. I’d highly recommend.

And I have to say, it was 100% worth every penny! The class was for only 5 people which meant the lovely teacher was able to be very attentive and help each of us tailor our terrarium to exactly what we pictured. I’m not a very naturally creative person but with her guidance I’m so pleased and honestly shocked with how beautifully mine came out. She even let us take cuttings from any of the display plants in pre-made terrariums around the shop that we liked the look of. I learned a lot about what it takes to make a quality terrarium and though I loved the experience of the workshop in the beautiful shop, I also think I would definitely be able to make my own at home now after her tutorials! I would 10/10 recommend this when you’re looking for a relaxing and satisfying activity to do solo or in a group. I can’t wait to display my terrarium at home! Thank you very much, can’t wait to come again!

The environment was delightful, very easy going and calming. We were guided through how best to create our terrariums and encourage to reach out if we needed help with maintenance in the future

Our teacher was super lovely and patient, and explained every step very clearly. We were given autonomy to create our terrarium ourselves but she was on hand to guide and support. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the terrarium and the options of plants, moss and pebbles etc. to use! We love our terrariums!

My daughter and I had the best time making terrarium’s on Easter weekend. Lots of support and advice given on structure, best plants to add to our tropical terrariums and sound aftercare advice too. Just the de-stress we both needed. Hot drink included and couldn’t leave a without picking up a couple plants to take home too. With 20% off too!! Highly recommended, will definitely return!

She gave us plenty of tips on how to set up a cohesive design and how to maintain our terrarium. All materials were provided as well as tea and coffee.

Our teacher was really welcoming, friendly and full of interesting stories and tips. She took the time to find out what kind of terrarium each of us wanted to make, and helped us every step of the way, before boxing our creations up for us to take home. I'm very happy with what I made, and feel I've learned a lot about how terrariums work and how to care for them. Definitely give this a try!

Very cute venue in a nice location, with a lot to do in the area. The activity itself was very grounding and creative. Both me and my husband enjoyed ourselves a lot. Thank you!

She made it very personal and was very approachable and supported us to get the design of the terranium we wanted. We also got 20% off anything we brought in the shop and she continued to give good useful advise about looking after plants. We both came home with a bigger than expected terranium and instructions on how to look after it

She showed us how to create a beautiful terrarium step by step, answering our questions and helping us when we got stuck. She also gave us suggestions on how to pick plants for our work, how to look after them, and how to create a more complex terrarium if we feel adventurous. The venue was clean, cosy and warm, and the staff was kind (they gave us complementary coffee and water). Materials were provided, and we had a good variety of plants and decorations to choose from, including various types of tropical plants and moss, decorative rocks and wood. It was a lovely, relaxing and inspiring experience. I feel confident with my terrarium-making skills, and I will definitely experiment in the future. I recommend this class!

The teacher was well informed and prepared, gave clear instructions and managed the time successfully enabling us to get a good understanding of all aspects of creating terrariums and complete a project by our selves providing clear guidance. The teacher created a very good atmosphere enabling all participants to work and enjoy our time together. The environment was cosy and well suited for the activity. Clear information was provided for us to be able to work independently. We were provided with all the necessary tools, along with a variety of beautiful plants to choose from. Very knowledgeable, accommodating to the needs, with limitless patience and a passion for terrariums and plants in general. The class had a gorgeous atmosphere, it was really fun making the terrarium, and such a lovely keepsake to look at and remember the day we had. I will definitely be back!
