This is Teletha, a dedicated Enfield resident and single mother, has transformed her life through a focused commitment to health and well-being. As the founder of Regal Kare, a small business specializing in natural healing, health, and beauty products, she has channeled her personal journey of recovery from fibromyalgia into a mission to help others. Her experience managing chronic pain sparked her passion for holistic wellness, leading her to explore mind-body healing practices and complete a degree in Leadership and Business Management. This academic achievement has empowered her to build and sustain her business effectively.In addition to running Regal Kare, Teletha volunteers with the Enfield Youth Justice Services, further supporting her community. Her recent involvement in London's markets and events has expanded her reach, allowing her to connect with others on their own healing journeys. Now a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and aspiring Herbalist, Teletha is dedicated to sharing her skills, knowledge, and insights with others through initiatives like her Seven Chakras Bath Salts Workshop. Her aim is to empower individuals to embrace self-care and holistic health, advocating for healing and well-being as a way to positively impact both individuals and communities.
