What you'll do
Join us for this four-hour Spanish cooking workshop where together we will enjoy slicing and dicing our way through Spain’s most authentic tapas recipes as well as learning how to prepare the iconic seafood Paella.
The class is led by Vanessa, a dear friend and wonderful chef who spent 11 years teaching Spanish cooking in Barcelona. In this class, she will share her tips and recipes for creating the perfect Spanish feast. Once the cooking is done, you will sit down together to enjoy the delicious dishes created, accompanied by a lovely selection of wines.
Menu:
- Selection of Tapas/Pintxos: Gambas Pil Pil, Iberico Ham Croquetas, Spanish Tortilla, Pan con Tomate, Chorizo al vino tinto
- Main Course: Cuttlefish, Prawn and Mussel Seafood Paella
- Dessert: Burnt Basque Cheesecake
There will be a lovely selection of Prosecco and wines to enjoy throughout the class.

Enrica Rocca is a family run cooking school and event space in Notting Hill and Venice. The Rocca family opened the London school in 2002 in what was once their family home, sharing their love for Italian hospitality and food. This hidden gem in West London is run by Rocca sisters, Charlotte and Claire, who share their skills in Mediterranean home cooking at its best whilst Venice is run by mamma Enrica.
