- 5/5 from Ymir Gissinger, attended Sep 2026: This class was a pretty good introduction to embroidery for me, a complete beginner. The Tarot cards theme got my attention, where something more "traditional" like flowers may not have caught my eye in the first place. The teacher is kind, and explains and shows well (I understood how to do a proper French stitch, which I gather isn't the easiest one). The venue was a pub, but in an upstairs drawing room booked specifically for the group, soit wasn't crowded, nor noisy. At the end, we could take most of the materials home to go on there, since a couple of hours isn't enough to finish everything. I definitely want to go back to another class now.
