During this de-stressing online class, which welcomes all ages and abilities, you will learn the calming practice of Tai Chi and enter into an entrancing singing bowl meditation. This virtual class is not only an excellent way to unwind but with this ancient Chinese practice and a charming Aussie teacher, it offers that much-needed lockdown escapism. No need to catch a flight as with this class you'll have a global experience brought to you, right at home!

To begin this virtual experience, you will be given a brief overview of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. You will then start some gentle stretching followed by Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which encourages slow sweeping movements paired with deep breathing. Finally, we will join together in a beautiful singing bowl meditation which will help you to form a deeper connection to your mind.

Overall, this experience aims to get you moving and breathing deeply to reach a sense of inner calm and balance as well as restoring all-round well being. It is the ultimate act of self-care.

I practice daily meditation and love using the beautiful tones of the singing bowl to help relax the body and instill an inner peace.
