I have worked for prestigious Japanese restaurants. The highlight of it was working for Gordon Ramsay’s Sushi bar at Maze restaurant. Gordon tasted the sushi I made, and Natalie Portman visited there and ordered vegetarian sushi for her family. I have taught Jamie Dornan’s daughters sushi making too. I have cooked for many celebrities and made sushi for Sir White, the opera singer, for his 70th birthday party. I was featured on a Channel 4 food program, created fruit sushi, and created several sushi items for Greggs using their products. Metro newspaper featured the news about it and the video of me creating Greggs' sushi. I have created sushi for fashion brands such as Christian Dior and Zimmerman. I have taught sushi making for musicians Snakehips at RedBullTV with DJ Shy, and on another occasion, I taught sushi making for musician Giraffe and his fans together.
