What you'll do

This two-day course provides a detailed look at making a beautiful stained glass panel from scratch. You'll get the chance to work with a selection of glass and cut your pieces into a pattern to work on your custom design within a template or follow a pre-made design from the studio.
You will then cut and shape your lead came before soldering and cementing your finished piece into a sturdy work of beautiful glass art. Your completed panel will be up to A3 in size, ready for a final polish before you take it home for display!

I opened the studio in 2015, having taken early retirement from teaching to help look after my mother. I wanted to do something that would combine my love of teaching and art. I am mainly self-taught but have attended several courses in both stained and fused glass over the years and have been lucky enough to do some one-to-one masterclasses with some of the country’s leading glass artists.
