This experience is beginner-friendly—no prior bread-making knowledge is needed. Our expert bakers will guide you step by step, ensuring you gain confidence and skills to recreate these breads at home.
What to expect:
  • Learn to use a live sourdough starter to make delicious dough.
  • Knead, shape, and prepare a classic sourdough loaf.
  • Enjoy a relaxed, supportive, and hands-on baking environment.
  • Enjoy a full platter of dips with freshly made fougasse.
