This experience is a heartfelt invitation to pause and reflect before the seasons shift.During this special session, you'll find the space to arrive fully in the moment, honouring your progress and letting go of anything that no longer serves you as you move into the second half of the year. It's a beautiful way to decompress and find your spark during a busy season.You'll simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the soothing frequencies do the rest. It’s like a massage for your mind and nervous system, easing you out of stress and into deep relaxation. Many guests drift into a dreamlike state or a restful sleep, which is a perfectly natural part of the process. You'll be supported by a variety of calming instruments, including:
- Crystal singing bowls – Experience the resonant, healing tones that promote peace.
- Gongs – Feel the deep, vibrating layers of sound.
- Chimes and drums – Enjoy the gentle rhythms that help you switch off.
- Please arrive a few minutes before the start time. Doors close promptly to protect the peaceful space for everyone.
- This session isn't suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or with epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or severe mental health disorders such as schizophrenia.

I created Sound Sanctuary London with one simple aim: to make the transformative power of sound therapy accessible to as many people as possible.Sound healing is a science-backed method of improving wellbeing, rooted in the physics of vibration and resonance. But I came to it through personal experience rather than a textbook. After burning out from a corporate career, my love of music drew me toward sound. I experienced the benefits first hand, became fascinated by how and why it works, and trained to earn my professional diploma in sound healing.I now hold regular sound baths for relaxation, stress relief, new and full moon rituals and intention setting, as well as goddess workshops and retreats. I have also worked in corporate environments and provided bespoke experiences for brands including Sephora and L'Oréal, and for guests at five-star hotels across London.Every session I create is designed to be warm, welcoming and accessible. You do not need any experience or spiritual background to benefit.
