We’re Janet and Natasha — two friends brought together by a shared love of herbs, healing, and holistic living.

Janet is a bodywork practitioner and natural skincare maker, while Natasha is a qualified medical herbalist with a deep passion for plant medicine.

Our journey began through personal healing and curiosity, which grew into a mission to help others reconnect with nature and care for their bodies in simple, effective ways.

Together, we combine traditional herbal wisdom with modern wellness practices to create hands-on, empowering workshops. We love teaching because it allows us to share practical skills that inspire confidence, creativity, and self-care.

We have over a decade of experience leading workshops and guiding people on their natural health journey. Our aim is to help you discover the beauty of herbal medicine — and how nurturing your skin can also nurture your soul.
