What you'll do
If you're keen to create some one-of-a-kind accessories or make some unique gifts for the special people in your life, come along to this leatherworking class in London and learn to make a variety of small leather goods.
Under the guidance of an experienced leatherworker, you'll learn some key fundamentals of leather craft, including selecting your materials, preparing your leather and finishing with professional burnishing techniques.
You will be able to make as many items as you can, choosing between a selection of different types of goods such as key rings, glasses cases, card holders, bracelets and more.
You will be shown different types of leather and get to understand their main features, and you'll receive an introduction on how to prepare, mark, cut, edge finish leather and use simple fastening hardware.
