With local artist Laura as your guide, you will mix paints in your chosen colours and explore fun acrylic pouring techniques to create stunning effects.

Hi I'm Laura, maker of free-spirited art for colourful souls, aka Laura's Pours!
I started acrylic pouring as a new mum and exhausted nurse, in the aftermath of lockdown. I felt that I'd lost so much of my identity to parenthood.. and so I slowly rediscovered myself, through art.
I find the spontaneity of acrylic pouring so liberating - it frees me from perfectionism and allows me to "go with the flow" (literally!), often with unexpected and beautiful results.
I believe that having a creative outlet, expressing yourself freely with colours, is so important for wellbeing - and I love to share this in my beginner-friendly workshops. My favourite attendees are those who say "I haven't got a creative bone in my body!" - they always surprise themselves by creating something fabulous, and enjoying the process.
