Hello there, I am Silvia and in my practice, Holistically Swansil, I help you reclaim your personal rhythm and reconnect with yourself, in a gentle, mindful way.To do this, I combine practical mindfulness tools with chakra re-balancing, MoonologyTM and past life regression therapy - all ethically done as a certified practitioner.I have been facilitating various classes & workshops in person in the West cornwall area, as a way to do my best to support mental health and local communities.I have been knitting and dabbling with watercolours my whole life (for my own mental health!), but my go-to, personal favourite has now become macramé! There is an undeniable somatic aspect to this art of knotting that truly resonates with me: by weaving the ropes up, down and around, most of the time while standing up, we truly engage our full body in a way that it almost feels like dancing. Macramé has helped me get out of my own chronic fatigue, alongside the modalities above that I now practice and teach.My workshops, just like my sessions, are highly adaptable and as tailored to the needs of the participants as possible.Come as you are, no pressure or experience needed, and embody the power of active rest with me!
