I attended the lesson as I was new to using the equipment after spending time with the trainer I have now learnt the basics of how to use the system and equipment and I’ll be putting this into practice. The trainer was happy to answer any questions I had and ado went a a speed that Suited me

I would highly recommend this to anyone of any level and I will be booking another one to expand my knowledge of the equipment and system
