Tutor showed us what to do but wasn't interactive with us, didn't check we were ready before moving on to next stage, and ended session very quickly, no offer to stay on line for a couple of minutes in case anyone had questions.

Good, patient tutor, clear instructions and demonstration. A slightly longer workshop would perhaps be better.
