The bunny workshop was great. It was easy to follow the instructions and create a fun bunny for bunting along with the chick and carrot. The video is very helpful, again with clear instructions and the model of how to do it once the workshop is over. Thank you.

It was a great workshop and the teaching was very clear. I learnt how to do a magic circle which I've struggled with before. We were also told how to make our crotchet bigger or smaller while using the same pattern which was very helpful. It went at a good speed for me, enabling me to take it out where I'd gone wrong.

I thought I would be unable to paint this bunny, but the instructions were really clear on drawing and then painting, choosing and mixing colours and how to get 'texture' into the picture. Although it went through very quickly because of the time restriction I was able to complete a really lovely picture afterwards. Thank you.

It was great fun taking part in this course. The materials provided were excellent and the teacher helpful when needed, but not 'pushy' as to how we decorated the wreath. All those who took part produced really beautiful wreaths - all different, but all great.

I began crotchet for the first time this year so am still new to it. Louise, our teacher, gave us permission to ask questions at any time but her instructions were so clear that no one in our session did. I learnt new skills and techniques that are going to be really useful. The course was very good and time went quickly. Although I did not particularly want to crotchet eggs it was useful for the techniques I learnt.

This workshop was really great. The teacher, Krissie, was helpful, patient, fun, and good at explaining and showing stitches. The venue is good and although other shoppers pass by they do not interfere. We were too engrossed in what we were doing to notice anyway. It is an excellent workshop for someone who has not done embroidery before as many new stitches are taught, and relaxing for those who already embroider. All you need is provided and very good value for money. I would recommend this workshop both for the beginner and those with experience.

Brilliant and just the right level of help. I would recommend it to anyone else

This workshop was very enjoyable. We were given ceramic shapes, paint and paint brushes , brush lettering pens and, important for me, charts that showed you how to form all the letters of the alphabet. We were able to work at our own level and pace. I painted one of the star ceramics, but because I'd not done any brush lettering before, I spent the time practising the lettering on the charts. The teacher was very helpful, showing us the easiest way to form the letters and encouraging us. Although the area for workshops is in the middle of the shop, with people passing by, we were so engrossed in what we were doing that I didn't notice them! It was an hour well spent. Thank you.

This class was great fun. The materials were easy to work with and the clay was dry enough not to be too messy. The teacher was helpful, showing us how to use the clay, providing ideas, and other members of the group shared ideas too. The positioning of the activities area in the shop is good, with ample room so that shoppers are not hampered by it. Altogether it was a very enjoyable hour that I would recommend to anyone, whether they have used clay before or not.

The class to make an Autumn wreath was really great. The teacher gave ideas, taught those who had not previously used one how to use a glue gun and gave tips on how to place the items on the wreath, starting with the larger pieces and filling in. She allowed those there to use their own creativity and design while helping where necessary. She also had a demonstration model that we could look at. The decorative items were varied in size and colour, but fitted together well. We had great fun as a group. I enjoyed it so much that I now plan to use the skills I have learnt to make a Christmas wreath.

The venue was good. The teacher was great, giving advice and help when needed and providing extra ideas. Providing the materials in an individual box was very helpful as it meant you didn't have to wait while someone else used something, or locate it and ask for it to be passed to you as in previous years. The Pebeo matt acrylic paint did not cover the mdf as well as other makes of paint provided in previous years and with paler colours at least 2 coats were needed. Although there was a choice of 2 colour options, it would have been good to have been given the choice of gloss or matt. I only painted most of the doors in the time, but was reminded that PVA glue acts as a varnish. I was happy with the value for money and enjoyed it very much, with the chance of doing crafts with others. Thank you.
