This is the second year my son has attended the taster class. Autistic with some challenging behaviour, he was able to complete three pieces of work using the wheel He loved it.
The tutor was enclusive and encouraging, my son was able to work at his own pace.

The location is a small studio, based within the city farm. My son is autistic and I booked the class for him and his sister as a taster to see if he would enjoy and tolerate a structured class. Our teacher was extremely helpful and patient. My son produced two pieces of work which are displayed on his wall. Both of them enjoyed the class, and we also spent some time visiting the animals. There is also a great tea room within the farm. Enjoyed by all.

My son is autistic and I wanted him to try a creative and expressive medium this summer. Accompanied by his sister both found the Saturday class extremely relaxing, both enjoyed the class, and both created a number of pieces that once fired they can collect in three weeks time.
The teacher was friendly and helpful.
Both said they would enjoy another class.
