The teacher was brilliant. She really knows her stuff and is a credit to Hobbycraft. However, the teaching area needs to be off the shop floor and students need a Cricut machine and a seat and the workshop should be more practical. The teacher was interrupted at least three times by customers asking questions. This is my third Cricut workshop and the same thing happens every time.

Penny the tutor was excellent, but the tutorial space and the IT requirements are very poor. This is my second course and both times the android tablets were unable to connect to the Cricuts so we couldn’t see examples actually created. Also shoppers just stopped and joined in. There needs to be a private room off the shop floor.

Excellent tuition. The teacher was very patient and wanted to ensure I understood each stage. Has definitely helped and given me more confidence.
