We attended the brush lettering for baubles at Hobbycraft Leeds and the class was taken by a lady called Sue.
Sue was brilliant, patient, encouraging and really helpful at trying to help you get into the techniques. She showed us how to get round some of the tricky letters and was inspiring for our own baubles and what words to put on them.
The hour and a half whizzed by in a flash but we managed to get 4 great baubles finished in this time. It was really relaxing and lovely to get creative with such a pleasant tutor. Well done Hobbycraft on the boxes - my only comment is that it didn’t contain a red brush so doing Holly etc was tricky!

Beth was a very patient tutor who was easy to follow giving clear instructions and letting the class determine their way of making the lettering work.
She showed us all the letters and even admitted that some of her letters she still wanted to improve on!

We attended the pumpkin papier-mâché workshop with my 6 year old and a friends little one. We got there and were warmly greeted, Sarah was leading the session and she was super helpful, very friendly and really encouraging!
The kids made orange and blue pumpkins respectively and really enjoyed the clear instructions and the step-by-step little tasks to get it finished and made.
Great session really enjoyed by the kids and great to see as an adult.

What a brilliant tutor Beth was… she was calm, patient, encouraging… everything you want a teacher to be on the first attempt at watercolour painting.
I really enjoyed the class, the materials that you are given are excellent as a starter pack and I can’t wait to have another go at home !
