Hannah was AMAZING. So patient, calm & encouraging. So many tips & hints to help me going forward. Amazing value & absolutely lovely friendly lady. Best thing to do if you need help or advice. I was such a novice I didn't know how to thread my spool - but I've made a bunting flag already with Hannah's help - BRILLIANT!

I was lucky enough to get one to one tuition from Chloe and she was absolutely brilliant. My pack was lovely with the wool, although I had no pattern but Chloe did photocopy it in colour for me. Because it was only me, Chloe sat next to me to make it easier for me to copy and see what she was doing & trying to show me.
I loved it. Could be a tad noisy at times but on the whole it was brilliant.
I obviously need LOTS more practice but the picture is all my own work.
I even had the Manager (Mark) making sure everything was ok and chatting to us.
