Rachel was very friendly and reassuring and her explanations were clear and helpful. She was very explicit about safety and reminded us at various stages, which was useful. The pace she set was achievable, it was easy to have a go as she talked and I felt pleased with what I had done. I can see the potential to improve with practice and it was good to hear about possibilities for painting and varnishing and using the other tips. Though used to using zoom, I wasn't sure how this class would be on zoom, but in fact it worked well, although there wasn't quite the same social opportunity as an in store class because I think we were all practising so hard!

The tutor was warm, encouraging, confident and skilled. The kit was fun to open and use and the contents made the class really worthwhile. I loved the fact that I went away with some finished baubles as gifts and plenty more resources to practise and continue.
