Excellent as usual! The presentation is always full of fun, and for those of us who have been with her before, there is a good rapport. The facts are presented well,and the link to the presentation is given, so there is little need for note taking.

As always the style is relaxed and friendly. There is a LOT of information and the links to the screen shots make it easier to go through afterwards and sort out what you need to do. There is no pressure and no judgement if you feel you don't understand.

This was an excellent overview of the various media, and the pros and cons,along with hints and tips. The leader was fun yet efficient, she remembered our details and could suggest what we might do to improve our sales through social media. We were left with a suggestion sheet and the challenge to do something about it. I hope over the coming weeks to try things out - and we will see what happens! Meanwhile I have booked two more sessions on the same theme - marketing and PR.
