I was enthusiastic to learn Macrame and found this workshop.
I received an email a few days before the class with very clear details and instructions to find the venue and park.
There were 4 people on the workshop, which I think was just a nice size. Jodi was very patient and attentive to us all. We made 2 plant hanger (different designs). I was doubting that I would manage it in the 5 hours but Jodi reassured me and she was right. All the equipment was provided and we even got a choice in colours for the cord used. Jodi gave clear instruction on the knots and was happy to show us again if we needed it or to simply watch us working and give further pointers. Whatever we needed as individuals really.

I don't think there is a next level up in Macrame but I am keen to do another workshop at some point. A very good experience.

I have now done the beginners crochet and beginner Tunisian crochet and throughly enjoyed both. I had no knowledge before I started but that was fine. Emma is lovely and very patient with me. She never made me feel that I should be working faster. She gave me good tips to make the most of my work. Just need to practice now!
