Unfortunately the disco ball handle broke once we had covered it with clay and put rubies on it. In fact the remaining balls in the packet all had faulty string handles and broke as well. Very poor quality. Aileen thankfully found a way to sort the problem and glued ribbon with a glue gun at the top. It wouldn’t be something I’d do at home with him unless the disco balls were stronger to hold. It was a pity as the ball made from last year on display looked fabulous. Thank you for your patience Aileen.

My son really enjoyed this session. Aileen was very thorough with her explanations and she helped him create a beautiful landscape scene using tissue paper and card. He was so proud of his creation. Thank you Aileen, a lovely lesson.

George enjoyed this session and created some aliens using air drying clay. Tess was very attentive and she extended the lesson for us as we were late arriving. However, I thought the models he was to make were very complicated for his age. A bit too tricky even for an adult to create. But he really enjoyed the session with Tess. We always do. Tess is so patient and is very creative.

This was quite tricky and George required more help from myself and JulieAnne. It was hard to make the star shaped tree decoration on his own. He found the button tree decoration easier to follow.

George loved this Art session with JulieAnne. She was great at explaining the task and helping out.

George loved this class with Tess. He really enjoyed making the Christmas clay characters. They were fabulous.

George and I loved this workshop. Tess was great at explaining everything and guiding the children. Just the right amount of time needed as well. I’ll be using this idea at home with him again.

George really enjoyed this session. Perhaps it could be extended so the class is offered for an hour so that the children can create all of the little creatures. As always Tess was very patient and attentive. Her models were fabulous.

My son George loved his Art Session with Tess this afternoon. We both had great fun and really enjoyed decorating the signs with an Easter message. The finished designs are so colourful and eye catching. We have been inspired to make our own at home now. Thanks again. Anne and George.

The Easter Bonnet Art session yesterday at Boucher Road, Belfast, was excellent. The leader ‘Tess’ was friendly, engaging and well organised. My son absolutely loved the activity and he created a gorgeous hat. I have recommended her workshops to other parents on the class Whatsapp group. It was very reasonably priced too. Thank you again. We had a great time.

My son and I really enjoyed the clay workshop today. This was his first time using clay and the member of staff was excellent at demonstrating and assisting him in making the pots. She took an an active role within the 1 hour session and had his full attention. Thank you so much. ❤️

My son enjoyed the session although only himself at it, no other children attended. The art leader didn’t take much of an interest in the task or my son. She seemed very distant. I tried asking her several questions but she didn’t really respond. Perhaps she was too shy. I am a teacher myself of primary school age and would engage with my students when teaching Art. I have another session booked for Saturday so will be interesting to see if there is an improvement.
