Helpful hints and tips except it was perhaps a bit more basic than I expected (things like the basic menu and search were covered). I would’ve liked more on tools and using it to customise and make my own designs, which other people asked about at the start but weren’t really covered.

Hannah was really helpful and knowledgeable - showed me how to make something with card and also recommended products that I could use to make items I said I was interested in. Also got some handy tips for using iPad instead of laptop. Would definitely book with her again.

The class was booked for 1.5hrs and you definitely didn’t need this for doing the baubles. An hour is pushing it even with experimenting on other items. Whilst I appreciated the very friendly and knowledgeable host suggesting we try other things as there was time, the fact we had had no prior warning about this meant the options of what I could find were very limited, so feel it was a missed opportunity. All the same, the kit is great quality and value, my only comment would be it would be nice to pick your own colours, I had to go to the store to buy an alternative as the pink would not go with my Christmas colour scheme.

Really helpful presenter who answered questions really well, showed things really clearly and made me feel confident in giving the infusible inks a go!
