The class was interesting, and as it was a fact finding venture, fulfilled that. The lady who led it, was standing in for a colleague who was off sick, however despite not having a lot of experience, was able to demonstrate proficiently. The area of demonstration wasn't totally great, stood around the stand with the machines. It would have been good to have been sat around a table. The choice of free gift (used in the demonstration) was good. Value of the course was reasonable and the member of staff reassured me if I had any further questions or needed any more assistance they would be happy to do so.

I enjoyed the workshop; it was presented in a very down to earth manner and certainly will help me when I purchase my machine - its taken away the mystery.
