The lady who lead the workshop (20/10) was absolutely excellent. Extremely clear with her advice and instructions, tips, tricks. Went thru the exercise at a manageable pace. Would def recommend and am looking forward to doing more classes!

Spent a lovely hour and a half with Donna who cover all I need to know about cross stitch, showed me all the stitches and how to present the finished article. The kit which accompanies this class has all u need to finish the Love Birds sampler. All in all it was excellent value for money and I got to meet yet another excellent tutor at the Harlow store.

Donna also showed me the other kits available to buy and I ended up purchasing a Dachshund cross stitch ‘patch’ - so cute. Lorraine on the service desk processed this transaction for me.

Knew nothing about infusible ink - sheets and/or pens - and Lisa gave an excellent demo of what can be achieved. Really inspirational - looking forward now to producing new makes.

Had an excellent Cricut class with Lisa! Patience of a saint and extremely knowledgeable - really enjoyed the class and she gave me a thorough overview of the Maker 3 - am looking forward to new projects

Lisa was kind enough to show be there basics of paper cutting and how to make a layered flower and a rose as well as a demo of how to cut and apply vinyl. A good grounding for starting my projects - now just to get the machine out of the box Thank you Lisa for a very informative hour

Had an out of Ellie’s time this morning and she was kind enough to give me a thorough overview of of the Maker3 and what it could do, the various tools, vinyls, etc etc! Was a real eye opener and I am looking forward to getting started with my first project! Ellie’s enthusiasm for her subject is very infectious and she does make you feel that you too can do this!
