Really helpful - Chrissie went through everything in lots of detail. Whilst a lot of the info, i had already used on design space, it put my mind at rest that i was doing it correctly!

I met with Ruby at the Crawley store as i was having some basic issues with the cricut joy cards & vinyl. We very quickly realised that the issue was with the blade in my machine rather than me. Ruby completely put my mind at rest! I can highly recommend a 1-2-1 session for anyone who wants support! Thanks so much Ruby.
