I really enjoyed my session with Lily. She was a good teacher with good eye contact and listening skills. Lily understood what I was asking from my new standpoint.
She explained, demonstrated and encouraged me to try.
She pointed out merchandise but did not push me to buy but encouraged me to have a go at home.
I will definitely book the next session with her.

Hannah was accommodating, listened well and used her knowledge and phone to find answers to my dilemmas.
She did not have the same machine as me, nor a thorough understanding of my machines capabilities. Between me reading from my Manuel and her phone we found some answers.
I think for me the workshop did not give me what I expected. But I came away with a Janome Customer Service link. Which I have made an enquiry with.
Despite this I did learn a few things about the set up of my machine, and I could have been more specific on what I needed regarding the specific project

Lily (Taunton store) was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable about Cricut.

I’m almost a total beginner. I left with an idea about how to get my project off the ground, the right materials and some clever tips to get great results.

I definitely think I’ll be back to learn more once I’ve mastered what I’ve taken home so far.
