Great class! Tutor Rachel was lovely and gave good clear instructions. The kit that was sent was compressive, enabling us to make a beautiful Easter wreath. I would definitely recommend this workshop.

Tutor Chrissy was very friendly and approachable. The kit supplied was very good value. However, the paper “template” page which we were encouraged to trace & copy, had childishly poor and irregular script (as seen in their demo photo). That A4 sheet could have offered a selection of fonts/script for us to choose from. The advert for this class says, “ this is a great opportunity to master the wood burning tool”. It wasn’t. The tool came with several different tips/heads & I would have liked a brief explanation of what each one can do. If Chrissy had started by showing a pre-prepared demo board showing the effects that each head could produce, we could then have chosen which to try. We were just told which head to use - but not why. I wasn’t alone in finding the results disappointing. In fact, during the hour, I changed the head on my burning tool and did my own thing, with greater success. My comments are not intended as grumbles but as constructive criticism so that Bento can improve its classes for the future - if it wants to.

My daughter and I really enjoyed Hannah’s online tutorial. We shared all the tasks: ironing the fabric, cutting it into triangles, sewing 2 seams on each one, turning the turned triangles inside out, pressing them, pinning triangles to tape, sewing triangles to the tape. And all done while watching, listening and talking with Hannah! The time flew and we were very pleased with our results. Would definitely sign up for more of Hannah’s classes. She’s great!
