I’ve spent over 17 years working in project management, helping teams bring clarity and structure to complex work. Throughout my corporate career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I led global programmes and cross-functional teams, I was always known as the person who could bring calm to chaos and help people make better use of their time.
Eventually I realised something important: the systems and project management tools we use in big organisations can be incredibly powerful for everyday life and small businesses too. That’s what led me to start teaching others how to “project manage” their work and time in a more intentional way.
Today I run workshops that help people rethink their relationship with time and productivity. My approach blends practical project management techniques with a more mindful, human-centred way of working.
Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of people through workshops, speaking and training programmes, and I’m passionate about creating sessions that are practical, engaging and genuinely useful long after the workshop ends.
A little about me outside work: I’m a single mum of two, a dog mum, a decaf coffee lover and endlessly passionate about Scotland. I’ve also built my business while navigating life with Crohn’s Disease, which has taught me first-hand how valuable our time and energy really are.
Because at the end of the day, time management isn’t just about productivity... it’s about making space for the things that truly matter.
