If you've been feeling overwhelmed or energetically drained, this welcoming workshop is the perfect low-pressure escape to reconnect with yourself. Perfect for first-timers and seasoned attendees alike, you'll be supported every step of the way. You'll begin by grounding into the space before sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao to encourage emotional openness. From there, your friendly guide will lead you through light somatic and breathwork practices to help move stuck energy. Finally, you can simply lie back and relax as a deep, immersive sound bath of crystal bowls and healing instruments washes over you. All mats, blankets, and equipment are provided, so you just need to show up and get comfortable.

I’ve taught hundreds of clients through 1:1 sessions, group workshops and large events across London, Glastonbury and festivals. My sessions range from Reiki and energy healing to Akashic Records journeys, manifestation workshops, sound baths and moon circles. I also work with corporate clients, bringing mindfulness, wellbeing and energy alignment into the workplace through curated experiences.
Teaching is one of my greatest passions because I get to witness real transformation in real time. There is something incredibly powerful about holding space for someone’s breakthrough, whether that’s clarity, emotional release or a deep sense of coming home to themselves.
Something many people don’t realise about this work is that it’s not about being “woo” or escaping reality. It’s about becoming more present, more empowered and more aligned in everyday life. My approach is practical, intuitive and accessible, even if you’re completely new to spirituality.
Alongside my workshops, I’m also part of the editorial team at Spiritual Lifestyle Magazine, where I share insights through my column “Confessions of a Serial Healer.” My work has expanded into creating events, retreats and products through Moon Haven, all designed to support people on their journey.
