RHS Chelsea Flower show Gold & Silver medalists:The Botanical Boy started their green adventures back in 2009 while moving into East London. They renovated a water garden with no prior experience and fell in love with plants. They dove headfirst into the books and learned all they could about pruning and planting. After their first year, they were asked to join The National Garden Scheme, opened their garden to the public and learned useful tips from other fellow gardeners.Inspired by their garden, they discovered a liking for succulent plants and container gardening in South Africa. This led them to make more and more terrariums and shared them with their friends. They soon found that everyone loved terrariums, and they started a class in their own dining room. They love connecting people to nature and seeing their students discover their green thumbs brings the Botanical Boys so much joy and happiness. They quit their full-time jobs and started a trendy botanical shop near Kings Cross. They believe that connection to the natural world is crucial in a fast-paced world, and plants can help people slow down.They have been featured on the BBC Great British Garden Revival, The Sunday Times, Abigal Will's The New London Garden book amongst other publications.Connecting People to Nature
