What you'll do
Looking for some fun, creative activities in London? Come along to this taster pottery class in Central London, Bloomsbury.
This two and half hour ceramics class is an ideal introduction to throwing on the wheel — perfect for the complete beginner or those wishing to build on existing skills.
You'll learn from a highly skilled tutor, who will teach you the fundamental techniques of throwing on the wheel; centering and pulling up the walls to make cylinders, bowls, vessels or plant pots.
As this pottery class has a maximum of 2 students per session you will receive focussed, individual attention to accelerate your progress — so no need to be nervous if this is your first time getting behind the potter's wheel. You can choose which colour glaze you would like to complete your work and within 2-3 weeks you can collect your fired and glazed beautiful pottery!
It would be perfect to come with a friend or partner on a date night with lovely pubs and cafes 2 mins walk away from the studio to complete your evening.
